The banquet will be held once again at the beautiful facilities of Evangelical Christian Credit Union in Brea, CA. There will be a live auction, dinner, and a special presentation of the ministry of Seahorse Soccer.

Seahorses PDL soccer team to share global and local experiences at banquet May 15
LA MIRADA (April 9, 2007) – Current players, coaches and staff of the Southern California Seahorses soccer team will share live reports and video highlights of national and international tours, along with previewing the upcoming season during the Seahorses’ annual Celebration Banquet on May 15 at Evangelical Christian Credit Union in Brea.
The evening is open to the public and includes a silent auction, dinner prepared on-site by Lascari’s Italian Restaurant, entertainment and an appearance by Pat Stewart, president of Missionary Athletes International, which operates the Seahorses. The Southern California Seahorses play in the USL Premier Development League, the only national league giving elite amateur players a professional experience within United Soccer Leagues while retaining their amateur status. Founded in 1983 as a club, the Seahorses have traveled to more than 30 countries. They draw many of their players from local colleges, clubs and international soccer programs.
