Please join us for our annual Missionary Athletes International Golf Classic, co-hosted by Seahorse Soccer and Biola Men’s & Women’s Soccer.  This year’s tournament is sure to be a great event held at the beautiful Coyote Hills Golf Course in Fullerton, CA.  Designed by Golf legend Payne Stewart it has beautiful fairways, scenic holes and will be a challenge to even the most experienced golfers.  There will be a Helicopter Ball Drop, a great Southwestern banquet, good raffle prizes and you can meet and will hear from players on the Seahorse & Biola soccer teams.  MAI is locally known as the So Cal Seahorses Soccer Club.  It is our mission to communicate the message of Jesus Christ through the global language of soccer.  It is our vision to see God glorified, lives changed and a world-wide movement of sports ministry by being a resource to the body of Christ.  Biola Men’s & Women’s soccer have a long tradition of producing not only winning soccer programs but also training godly men and women for service to the Body of Christ.

Soccer truly brings people together like no other medium and is a tremendous tool for both evangelism and developing a deeper relationship with teammates and with Jesus Christ.  All funds raised from the tournament will benefit the operations of Seahorses’ local and International Teams, provide scholarships for camps and after school programs as well as open up doors  to allow Seahorses to minister around the world and with local under-privileged children.  It will also provide much needed funds to the Biola soccer programs for scholarships.

The Seahorses are entering our 10th season as a PDL franchise.  Many of the players you will meet at the tournament are some of the best young players in the country, many of whom will have the potential for professional careers. It is our goal to train these players when they are with us so they know what it means to represent Christ both on and off the field.  MAI helps to deploy these players all over the world.  Biola and Seahorse soccer have been in partnership for many years in training young players to be sports ministers.  Your support of this tournament will aid in providing the environment we need to develop them to their full potential.
